To ensure a smooth service experience, please note that a callout fee is required upfront. This fee is determined by your location in Auckland. Additionally, any necessary parts for the job must be paid for in advance. This payment covers not only the cost of the part itself but also the effort involved in sourcing and collecting it. Once the job is successfully completed, the labour fee will then be due.

When you contact us, we'll gather your details and then request an upfront callout fee to travel to your location. Once on-site, or sometimes over the phone, we'll provide you with a free quote for the necessary work. Following your approval, we will charge you for the required parts, which covers sourcing and collecting them. After we acquire the parts and complete the job, the labour fee will be payable.
